I am Meenakshi R Singh, an Emotional Well-Being Consultant & Counselor, Certified Happiness Life Coach, and CBT & NLP Practitioner.


I am someone who finds immense joy in uplifting others.
It comes naturally to me. Seeing others smile makes my heart smile.


After over a decade of thriving in business development primarily in the training domain with organizations like Quess and TimesPro, I discovered my true calling in helping others build emotionally resilient and fulfilling lives.

This realization led to my journey 3 years back as The Uplifting Life Coach, with a mission to uplift individuals through transformative emotional well-being services.

I empower individuals through 1:1 life coaching focused on stress management, positive thinking, self-awareness, and personal transformation. I also extend confidential and empathetic one-on-one personal counseling to help individuals navigate stress, relationship challenges, family conflicts, parenting struggles, career dilemmas, and major life transitions.


Additionally, I collaborate with organizations, institutions, and communities, delivering high- impact, activity-driven emotional well-being workshops, story-based keynote talks, and research-backed program design with a structured and outcome-focused approach.
